Serdang, 11 November 2025 – The Medical and Health Sciences Library, Universiti Putra Malaysia received a visit from the evaluation panel of the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and the Malaysian Nursing Board (LJM) on 11 November 2025 in conjunction with the Full Accreditation Renewal Assessment Visit for the Bachelor of Nursing with Honours programme.

The visit aimed to assess the library’s capacity in providing resources, facilities, and services that support the teaching, learning, and research needs of the programme. The panel reviewed the nursing collection, access to electronic databases, learning space facilities, and the implementation of user support services.

The panel was satisfied with the availability of the library’s resources and facilities, with suggestions for improvement focusing on updating the existing collection.

The visit concluded with a brief discussion session with the library team, who remain committed to continuously enhancing service quality to support the academic needs of the nursing programme.
