Kuala Lumpur, 30 September 2025 – Fourteen staff members from Sultan Abdul Samad Library (PSAS), Universiti Putra Malaysia, recently visited the Corporate Planning Department at Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) for an EKSA (Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem) benchmarking session.

The PSAS delegation was led by Ms. Nazibah binti Kamarudin, Chairperson of PSAS EKSA. The team was welcomed with an introduction and briefing on the department’s roles and management, delivered by YBrs. Deputy Commissioner Mr. Mohd Muzammer bin Jamaluddin, Director of the Enforcement Department, along with senior officers of JPK DBKL.

The visit provided an opportunity for PSAS to gain new insights and share experiences on how EKSA is put into practice at DBKL—especially in areas like systematic workspace organization, creating a conducive working environment, and carrying out continuous improvement initiatives.

Through this program, PSAS hopes to bring back fresh ideas that can further enhance EKSA practices at the library, supporting efforts to strengthen the corporate image of the university.

PSAS extends its heartfelt thanks and appreciation to DBKL’s Corporate Planning Department for their warm hospitality throughout the visit.
