21 PSAS Officers Receive Promotion Through KUP Scheme

Serdang, 24 July – A total of 20 librarians and one Assistant Registrar from the Sultan Abdul Samad Library (PSAS), UPM, have received promotions through the Khas Untuk Penyandang (KUP) scheme, effective from 1 July 2026.

The promotion letters were presented by the UPM Chief Librarian, Ms Haslina Abu Seman @ Talib, during a presentation ceremony held on 24 July 2026. It is hoped that this promotion will serve as a motivation for all officers to continue delivering services that exceed expectations.
