Serdang, 9th December - Perpustakaan Sultan Abdul Samad (PSAS), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) will be organizing Bual Bicara : Menelusuri 50 Tahun UPM in conjunction with the opening ceremony of Anjung Ilmu, Perpustakaan Sultan Abdul Samad, Universiti Putra Malaysia on 13th December 2021 (Monday), 10.00 am.

The panel consists of:

1. YAM Tengku Syarif Laksamana Perlis Dato’ Seri DiRaja Syed Razlan Syed Putra Jamalullail
   Chairman of the Board of Directors, UPM

2. YBhg Prof. Dr. Mohd Roslan Sulaiman
    Vice Chancellor, UPM

Meanwhile, the Opening Ceremony of Anjung Ilmu, PSAS aims to introduce the reading area located at Block B which has just been upgraded. The idea of this upgrade project started in 2017. This Block B Upgrading Tender was issued on 16th to 28th July 2020. Paksi Bina Enterprise Company was selected to implement this project starting on 4th March 2021 and Alhamdulillah, this project was successfully completed and handed over to the Library on 18th October 2021. This project is a collaboration project between PSAS and WAZAN under Wakaf Ilmu.
