Library Membership

1. UPM STAFF AND STUDENT MEMBERSHIP

All UPM staff and students are automatically considered as library members. New staff, students of Exchange Executive Programme and Distance Learning are required to register at the User Services Division.

2. EXTERNAL MEMBERSHIP

Individuals who are not UPM students or staff can apply to become library members at the User Services Division during office hours or fill up the membership application form online.

IPTA Officer / IPTA Student(IP) / Government Officer / Statutory Bodies (AL) / UPM Alumni (AM)	Yearly Fee = RM100.00 Registration + card = RM10.00	1 photo Staff / Student Card / Confirmation by Dean / Head Department Alumni Membership Card/Letter from UPM Alumni
IPTS Officer / IPTS Student	Yearly Fee = RM300.00 Registration + card = RM30.00	1 photo Staff / Student Card Confirmation Letter by Dean / Head Department
Private Sector Officer / Corporate Officer	Yearly Fee = RM500.00 Registration + card = RM30.00
Family Members of UPM Staff	FREE No Membership Renewal	1 photo Confirmation Letter by Dean / Head Department
UPM Pensioners	FREE No Membership Renewal	1 photo Confirmation Letter by Dean / Head Department
Daily Member	Yearly Fee = No Charges Registration + card = RM20.00 / Daily	** Register at Counter 1, Circulation Division, Block A

Services & Facilities Eligibility Notes for External Registered Member :

Accessible to all Printed Collection * (except embargo Tesis collection).
Computer facilities are only allowed in Electronic Reference Room (BRE) only and it It depends on the availability of the computer. The utilization period is only for 2 hours
Wireless Internet Service (WiFi), EzAccess & Document Delivery Services (ILL) NOT AVAILABLE.
