Knowledge Resources Management Division

Division Functions: 

1. To plan, manage, and monitor the annual budget allocation for digital and physical collections to ensure optimal utilization of financial resources and maximize returns for the university’s learning, teaching, and research activities.
2. To manage and expand relevant and up-to-date digital and physical collections.
3. To manage and process materials in accordance with international standards to ensure accessibility.
4. To ensure that developed collections meet the academic and research needs of the university community.
5. To strengthen the knowledge ecosystem through effective information resource management, policy integration, and strategic collaboration.
6. To provide impactful information and data support to strengthen agricultural research and innovation, including academic impact management and industry trend monitoring.
7. To manage and implement information literacy initiatives through knowledge dissemination platforms.
8. To promote collections to the university community to enhance awareness, resource utilization, and community engagement.
9. To conduct evaluation and selection of high-impact academic resources.
