Organizational Chart

Division Functions: 

1. Plan and manage research and publication services, including verification of publications in the PRIMS system, intellectual property verification, and verification of staff and student publications.
2. Plan and manage the UPM Institutional Repository (UPM IR), UPM Research Data Repository (PutraRDRepo), UPM eTheses, and UPM Bachelor’s Project Reports to ensure storage, long-term preservation, and easy access.
3. Plan and prepare performance reports and publication analytics for selected fields.
4. Plan, coordinate, and deliver research support services, including research and publication literacy programs, consultations, and the implementation of library-based studies.
5. Plan, coordinate, and manage the content of the research and publication information portal.
6. Strengthen collaborative networks at both internal and external levels of UPM to enhance knowledge sharing, visibility, and the university’s reputation.
