Officer Publication Verification Service

Publication verification service is offered to UPM lecturers/researchers for the purposes of promotions, contract renewals, application of awards, panel appointment evaluation, reviews, and others. The applicant must list down the list of their publications (papers, articles, writeups etc) to complete the Officer Publication Verification Form, which is available on the library’s website.

The applicants are required to provide full-text links to all listed publications or supporting documents for the purpose of verification. The completed form must be resend another email through the Assistant Registrar of the Faculty to: psas_sp@upm.edu.my

Each application will be processed within ten (10) working days. If you do not receive any response from the library, please contact for immediate action.
