University Archives and Heritage Division

Division Functions:

1. University Records Governance Custodian - Manages university records systematically, in compliance with the law and with integrity in line with national and international standards.
2. Institutional Heritage & Memory Custodian - Preserves, documents and empowers the history and identity of the university to ensure the continuity of the institution's legacy.
3. University Strategic Knowledge Management - Manages and integrates institutional knowledge to support data-based and expert-based decision-making.
4. Official Data and Authentic Reference Center - Coordinates and provides access to university data and records in a centralized, authentic and integrity-based manner.
5. Preserves Institutional Digital & Physical Knowledge Assets - Preserves and conserves physical and digital library materials to ensure the safety and continuity of university knowledge assets.
