Before completing the application form, please check the available dates in the Library Visit Calendar. To book a visit, kindly submit your application through the Library Visit Application Form.

Information Required:

• Name of organisation / institution
• Name and contact number of the representative
• Proposed date and time of visit
• Number of visitors
• Purpose of the visit

Note: Applications must be submitted at least five (5) working days before the proposed visit date. All bookings are subject to approval and confirmation by the Library via email.
