SERDANG, 29th Jan - In conjunction with the enrollment of new postgraduate students, we are pleased to inform that Perpustakaan Sultan Abdul Samad (PSAS) will conduct Information Literacy Programme to all new postgraduate students. Details of the classes are as follows:

 

Date      : 10th - 21st February 2020 (Monday - Friday)

Time         : As scheduled in the time table

Venue       : Malawati Room, PSAS.

 

Module:  1. Library Introduction

                   2. Information Search Strategy

                   3. Online Database 

                   4. Mendeley : Beginner

 

The objective of the class:

 

1.Expose users to library services and facilities.

2.Educate users to understand how to obtain information efficiently & effectively.

3.Allows users to identify, acquire and evaluate information from multiple sources.

4.Learn how to access the online material more effectively.

5.Learn how to use Reference Manager.

 

 

The library would like to seek help from  faculty members to inform all students about the training.
