Liaison Librarian

In order to support and reinforce learning activities, teaching and research at UPM, Perpustakaan Sultan Abdul Samad (PSAS) has introduced a service offered by Liaison Librarian. Through this service, PSAS has appointed Librarians who are responsible for the faculties, schools, institutes, and centres represented. This service aims to:

Establish cooperation and foster a two-way understanding between PSAS and faculty, schools, institutes and centers.
Educate users how to access, identify and evaluate materials from multiple sources through the Information Literacy Program.
Providing information advice via face-to-face, telephone, email, live chat, mail and fax.
Assist in enhancing the development of library collections in related fields.
Support the need for teaching and learning information for all UPM community.
