Serdang, 12th Jan - Mr. Mahbob Yusof as Chief Librarian and Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) who was newly appointed with effect from 3 January 2023, had the opportunity to meet with the management representative of the Information and Communication Development Center (iDEC) at once listen to a briefing and discussed on  the role of iDEC as well as the setting of CIO KPI target recommendations for the year 2023. This session took place on Monday, January 9, 2023 at PUTRA@Smart Classroom, iDEC Alpha.

Through this meeting, Ts. Mohd. Faizal Daud, Director of iDEC presented on the role of iDEC at UPM, followed by an information session on the management of the UPM Website and PTJ by the Head of Multimedia Communications, iDEC (Mr. Mohd Shafree Ahmad) and then followed up with a presentation of the achievement of the CIO 2022 KPI and setting the 2023 KPI target presented by the Head of the Information Systems and Technology Division, PSAS (Mr. Muizzudin Kaspol) and ended with a presentation by the Head of the ICT Infrastructure Division, iDEC (Ts. Shahril Iskandar Amir) who explained the current situation of the UPM Data Center.
