Serdang, 26 February - Perpustakaan Sultan Abdul Samad  (PSAS) has organized ‘Kursus Pengendalian Program / Majlis Secara Dalam Talian’  which aims to improve the skills of programs / events coordinators and secretariat of PSAS in conducting online programs / events online. The program is also hoped to help participants to understand and be able to apply professional techniques and ethics in organizing online programs / events.

A total of 100 library officers have participated in this program. The guest speaker is Ms. Norzaina Darus who has more than 10 years of experience in the field of event management and protocol in Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). During the 2 hours program, participants were also exposed to the situation and challenges of organizing programs / events in the new norm. The speaker also explained some of the important aspects and checklists that need to be emphasized during organizing an event whether by online, physical or hybrid (combination of online and physical).

Recordings for this session have been uploaded on Google Drive Kursus@PSAS and are accessible by PSAS community.
