SERDANG, 27 Mac - Due to the upgrading works of air conditioning works, all library users are not allowed to access book shelves. Therefore, borrowing books can only be made by filling out the request form available at the circulation counter 2 and it is limited to 3 copies only for each request. Other than that, the request will be processed within 2 working days.
