SERDANG, 21 April 2025 – Sultan Abdul Samad Library organized a hybrid briefing session titled "EKSA Empowerment as a Core Driver of Library Transformation", held at the Termasa Room, Sultan Abdul Samad Library (PSAS), and streamed via the Google Meet platform.

The session, which ran from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., was conducted by Mr. Sahrizan Bin Mat Yatim, Assistant Administrative Officer at the UPM Alumni Relations Centre and also an EKSA Facilitator for UPM.

The briefing aimed to provide a clear understanding of the implementation of EKSA as the foundation for comprehensive transformation in the library’s environment, work culture, and services in a systematic, efficient, and effective manner.

Participants were also introduced to the EKSA audit assessment elements and were given practical tips to ensure that workspaces consistently meet the required standards.
