September 11th, 2020 - Ekosistem Kondusif Sektor Awam (EKSA) is a rebranding of 5S Practices. The EKSA introduced is not intended to replace the existing 5S Practice concept practiced in the Perpustakaan Sultan Abdul Samad, but rather to improve the 5S element by supporting the creation of a conducive work environment.

In this regard, the Library has held a briefing on Panduan Pelaksanaan Ekosistem Kondusif Sektor Awam (EKSA) to the PSAS EKSA Committee. This briefing was held at the Termasa Room, PSAS and was attended by 45 staff. Meanwhile, 35 staff participated in the same briefing via online through the Zoom application. This 2-hour briefing was delivered by Ms. Nur Nadjla Binti Ahmad Razei, UPM EKSA Facilitator.

It is hoped that this briefing will assist the participants in formulating EKSA implementation at PSAS in order to ensure that the quality and productivity of the services can be improved within a conducive workplace environment.
