SERDANG, 16 April 2025 – Sultan Abdul Samad Library welcomed a delegation of thirteen representatives from the Malaysian Research Institute on Ageing (MyAgeing®) in conjunction with a Benchmarking Visit on the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA). The delegation was led by Ms. Askina Binti Aziz, Chairperson of the EKSA Implementation Committee at MyAgeing®.

The visit aimed to gain a deeper understanding of the implementation process of EKSA practices and to exchange views and experiences regarding EKSA implementation in their respective offices.

The program began with a welcoming speech by Ms. Nazibah Binti Kamaruddin, followed by a guided tour to observe firsthand the implementation of EKSA practices at the department.
