FUNCTIONS OF THE CORPORATE AND STAFF TRAINING DIVISION

1. Planning, managing and coordinating:
      i)    staff training programs organized by PSAS and external agencies;
      ii)   student industrial training, as well as staff attachment programs;
      iii)  official visits/ courtesy calls/ visitors within and outside the country as well as working visits/ benchmarking with external agencies;
      iv)  PSAS official events and corporate communication activities;
      v)   PSAS community networking program.
   
   
2. Drafting, managing and providing graphic design for:
      i)    PSAS publications;
      ii)   themed exhibitions;
      iii)  promotional materials for library services.
   
   
3. Planning and organizing PSAS paid courses (research courses, seminars, ICT courses, librarianship courses and etc.), as well as providing paid services (photocopying, printing and binding).
4. Monitoring and coordinating the preparing and updating of PSAS Quality Management System (MS ISO 9001) documents.
5. Coordinating and preparing MyRA accreditation and assessment reports for University and Ministry requirements.
6. Coordinating and providing strategic data and library achievement reports required by Universities, External Institutions and Ministries.
